• Augmented technical support documents with videos, animations, and diagrams to clarify and expand on the information contained.

• Edited scripts based on new and existing knowledge base articles and reviewed content with Technical Support experts to create up to 10 minute long video presentations to explain virtualization concepts -- Audio/Video with Illustrations and Animations.

• Worked with Support, Training and Architecture teams to create detailed network diagrams for poster giveaways and white boards around the offices.

• Assisted the Support Triage team to create a case framing tool based on a complex mind map using XML, HTML, CSS and Javascript.
